Bar Bambino’s Mother's Day Brunch May 8th 11 AM – 3 PM


April 14, 2011- Mamma is the core of the Italian family, and in celebration of beloved matriarchs everywhere, Bar Bambino’s Executive Chef Lizzie Binder has designed a menu to make all moms proud. Influenced by the flavors and traditions of northeastern Italy, specifically Friuli and the Tyrol, the brunch menu will be featuring a three-course price-fixe meal accented by the bounty of primavera... spring! Highlights include a chestnut crepe filled with fromage blanc and strawberry conserva; poached egg bruschetta with truffle salt, prosciutto rosso, and bitter greens; and parrozzo, a chocolate and semolina cake.
