February 24, 2010, San Francisco, CA – WENTE Vineyards continues its mission to entice the senses for a second year of indie culture festival/Noise Pop partnership. As with the popularity of his handcrafted wines, fifth-generation winemaker Karl Wente’s keenness for good original music proves contagious. Wente’s involvement evolved from his commitment to his ‘Discover the Wine, Discover the Music’ (DWDM) program, Each year, or vintage as he likes to call his new discovery series, Wente seeks out the best new emerging artists.  A great highlight to this year’s Noise Pop program will be the wine and music pairings, culled by Karl Wente and friends, at the Swedish American Hall, Friday and Saturday evenings.
