Wente Vineyards Presents The Front Porch Music Series

Supporting the Community and Highlighting Talented, Local San Francisco Bay Area Musicians
Livermore, CA- On July 14, 2012 Wente Vineyards held the first The Front Porch presents Homegrown concert at their sixth annual independent music series. This successful event brought in fans from all over the Bay Area. Local artists, Loquat and Jerry Hannan got the crowd on their feet with memorable performances. Karl Wente and his band, The Front Porch, also debuted their first album, Evermore, at the event. Wente’s band will perform again, alongside San Francisco’s The Stone Foxes, at the series’ next concert on August 4th.
WHO: Wente Vineyards and Fifth Generation Winemaker, Karl Wente, invites the public to enjoy The Front Porch and Bay Area favorite The Stone Foxes perform on stage.
WHAT: This is the second Wente Vineyards’ Front Porch presents Homegrown summer concert in 2012. The annual series supports the community, as well as promotes local Bay Area talent in a fun, social environment. Attendees bring blankets and chairs, enjoy their own picnic dinner or a catered meal by Catering at Wente Vineyards and enjoy live music under the sun in the heart of the Livermore Valley. MORE: Talented musician and Fifth Generation Winemaker, Karl D. Wente, has always been an avid proponent of the pairing of music and wine. The ability for the two to intertwine and compliment each other is something truly unique. A gifted musician in his own right, Karl and the entire Wente family have long supported local Bay Area talent and have provided this special series as a stage to promote this venture.
